coming coming coming!

Ok, ok I admit... I have been a blog SLACKER! So terrible of me, I know... especially since I have lots to share with you! The past month has been a little bit of a whirlwind. I can hardly believe we've been married a month already! Between getting settled, going back to work, celebrating the holidays and still trying to get settled - life has been busy. But I have no complaints and I am so happy and SO excited for 2010!

Some of you faithful readers and past clients have noted that you are anxious to see some of my OWN wedding pictures. Well the wonderful Abby & Todd of Veldman Photo have sent the proofs and I'll be posting some of my favorites soon!

I can't share too many details, yet, but there are changes in store for Jennwebber Photography in Twenty-Ten, so be sure you check back in the coming weeks for more info!

Besides JWP details... I have lotsa love to share VERY soon! Here are a couple images of what is to come!

Emilie & Andy tied the knot in Berkley, MI last weekend!

Rachel & Jordan met us in downtown Grand Rapids yesterday for their engagement shoot!

marcus & erin {married!}

Just before I got married, I had one last wedding as a single girl - the Saturday before ours!

Marcus & Erin wed in a beautiful ceremony in Jenison, MI last month. The day was GORGEOUS. Seriously - I'm not sure what happened to October, but November really pulled through with the good weather! When I arrived, the girls were putting the finishing touches on their ensembles and Marcus was eagerly anticipating seeing his bride. They had a very sweet "first look"- which I love capturing! Everyone from the bridal party to the guests really made me feel apart of the day and I was so happy to be there to photograph it!

Marcus & Erin - thanks for letting me be apart of your wedding celebration! Enjoy the preview! Have a great Christmas as newlyweds!

Seeing each other for the first time...

Because Marcus & Erin chose to see each other before the ceremony, that allowed plenty of time to spend with just the two of them shooting some fun, romantic wedding day portraits! LOVE it!

Marcus & Erin wanted everyone to sing them a song if they wanted the newlyweds to kiss. Their guests really got into it - especially Erin's dad and his siblings! So fun!

One of my favorites!!

Thanks for such a fun day, Marcus & Erin! The best to the both of you as you enjoy married life!

russ & cate {married}

Back in November (um, how is December here already??), I had the pleasure of witnessing the union of Russ & Cate in Howell, MI. Russ & Cate were an absolute JOY of a couple and it was such an honor to be apart of such a beautiful day. Cate flawlessly designed such a personable ceremony & reception. From the vintage broach on her dress to the cake topper - it seemed like every little detail was meaningful to the families in one way or another! Luckily for them, like most of the November weekends (ours included :)) the weather was GORGEOUS so we took full advantage of being outdoors for portraits!

The ceremony was held in the Historic Wedding Chapel in downtown Howell and the reception was right across the street at the Howell Opera House. I loved venues and they were perfect for them! Thanks for allowing me to be apart of your lives, Russ & Cate! I wish you the best and enjoy your preview! :)

Russ & Cate had the cutest first look! I love "first looks" because they really relax the couple and allow us to have more time for fun portraits!

Cheers for an awesome wedding party!

The textures and details in the old Opera House were AMAZING! I could've spent all afternoon with them there!

No, this was not posed....  :)

How beautiful is Cate's wrap?? Her friend custom-made it for her!

After the ceremony, Cate & Russ lead everyone over to the reception!

Russ & his mom... love it!

Thanks you two! I had a blast on your wedding day!! (Cate, trash-the-dress this spring?? ;))
