I spent the past couple days around the 'ol stompin' grounds of Grand Rapids. (I'm doing business on both sides of the state, but I have recently moved my residence back home to the Detroit area.) I was scheduled to be in Grand Rapids for a sweet fundraiser on Thursday evening, so I also scheduled some meetings/shoots on Friday to make my time in GR as productive as I could! (Look for the fundraiser pics, Alex's portraits and Mandy & Kris' engagement pics soon!)
Anyways, while I was in GR, I made sure I saved some time to hang out with friends instead of just work. Thursday evening, I spent some time @ my friend Kevin's house with him and his beautiful girl, Meg. Kevin has an old 35mm and practically begged me to take some pictures of the two of them ;) (Ok, mostly I was excited to play with the camera and the awesome f/1.2 50mm lens!) After seeing how they turned out... it definitely makes me want to get my 35mm fixed and start shooting more film! Here are a couple that he shared with me from the roll.. straight out of the camera!

Mmm... yes. Love the couple and love the pics! Thanks for getting these online so fast, Kevin! Have a great weekend!
